You will receive an automatic confirmation email when you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. We will email you with updates and track information once your items have shipped. In the event that a product is out of stock or back-ordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

PRE-ORDER

You can pre-order products that have not been launched yet on VELORUM As soon as it arrives, we ship it straight to you. Place your pre-order using a valid credit card - you will not be charged until your order has left our offices and you have received an email with your tracking information.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS POLICY

The multiple purchases may result in various postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. We will deal with the multiple purchases in such a way that it would be delivered within a four days period after the payment is completed. We will charge a service fee for the order if it is handled in one transaction, if the shipments are handled in multiple transactions, then the service charges will be applied independently for each transaction.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to international countries, please email us if you're unsure about your country. Buyer is responsible for all customs duties taxes fees.
